  The lack of communication and compassion during this time of loss was frustrating, but more disappointing was the lack of professionalism when I called to voice my complaints after the funeral. When explaining why the funeral directors behavior was hurtful, Lamar was dismissive, condescending, and irritably said that any further discussion would be moot. Thanks for making a stressful week that much harder.

  My mother was the sister of the deceased and very close to the deceased. These people brushed her off and treated her as though she were nothing. They did not let her know that family were meeting privately in the back before the funeral and in fact told her that she needed to move a few rows back because the row that she sat in was reserved for "family." Their lack of consideration deeply hurt a woman who was already hurting. Disgusting.

  McKoon showed such respect to my brother when he passed. They were kind, gentle and compassionate in the care they gave him. They made a difficult time easier and for this I commend them. They were patient and always courteous with the many questions I had. I have high regard for the professionalism and respect they have.

  This is the most professional compassionate staff we have ever encountered. Every need was met and our family members service was handled with the utmost respect and care.
